INTERNET BANKING SYSTEM
The Internet banking system is a secure and convenient way of remote banking services, allowing you to manage your accounts online in real time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We offer you two options for using the Internet banking service: view mode and full mode.
View mode allows clients to perform the following operations:
- access account balance information at any time of the day;
- obtain statements of account transactions for any period of time.
Full mode allows clients to remotely manage their accounts and perform the following operations:
- access account balance information at any time of the day;
- obtain statements of account transactions for any period of time;
- make local and international money transfers, including currency conversion;
- pay bills;
- send free-form messages to the bank;
- view payment and order history, as well as receive information on the status of each payment or order.
TO CONNECT TO THE INTERNET BANKING SERVICE, YOU NEED TO:
- have or open an account with OJSC "Eurasian Savings Bank";
- familiarize yourself with the Internet Banking Service Agreement (public offer) with unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement, available in the "Documentation" section on the Bank's website;
- fill out an application and receive an envelope with your login and password at the Bank.
For security purposes, a login, password, and two-factor authentication are used to access the system, minimizing the risk of unauthorized access. After entering the login and password, you must enter a one-time access code, which is sent free of charge to the mobile number or email address specified in the internet banking application. To receive the access code while outside of the Kyrgyz Republic, roaming must be enabled, or the client's email address should be provided.
Attention: For the safe use of the internet banking service, we recommend not sharing personal data (login, password, access code) with third parties and not responding to emails requesting user information. The Bank will never ask clients for this information.
