The history of the bank
1997-1999 Bank Formation
- In 1997, the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic registered a new commercial bank — "KyrgyzCredit Bank" JSCB with a charter capital of 15 million soms.
- In 1998, the bank received a license from the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic to conduct operations in national and foreign currencies.
2000-2003
- KyrgyzCredit Bank was one of the first banks to offer loans to the population for the purchase and construction of housing.
- The bank received the status of a primary dealer in the government securities market, placed through the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, acting on its own behalf and on behalf of its clients.
- The charter capital increased to 35 million soms.
2004-2005
- After the listing procedure on the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange, the Bank was re-registered as an Open Joint Stock Company "KyrgyzCredit Bank".
- The bank opened its first branch — "KyrgyzCredit-TSUM" — in one of the largest shopping centers, Central Department Store "Aichurek".
- A new loan product — "Instant Loan" — for the purchase of durable goods was offered to clients.
- KyrgyzCredit Bank joined the Association of Banks of the Kyrgyz Republic.
- The bank's charter capital was increased to 110 million soms. The profitable operations of the bank allowed it to begin paying dividends to its shareholders.
2006-2007
- KyrgyzCredit Bank, having become a participant in the interbank processing center, began issuing and servicing national payment cards "Elcart".
- The bank's charter capital was increased to 200 million soms, and the balance sheet currency exceeded 600 million soms.
2008
- New software was introduced, allowing for more efficient and faster database processing, as well as expanding the range of banking products.
- The bank continued to actively expand its branch network and increase the number of international fast money transfer systems offered.
- The bank was listed on the Central Asian Stock Exchange.
- The bank's charter capital grew to 300 million soms.
2016
- The bank was re-registered as an Open Joint Stock Company "Eurasian Savings Bank".
2024
- The bank's charter capital was increased to 1,011,081,380 soms.
