According to this Resolution, restrictions will be imposed on the execution of payment orders and other types of settlements related to contracts concluded by third parties, concerning goods, works, and services that are imported from or exported to foreign countries, without actual delivery to the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, except for authorized state-owned companies designated by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
