The National Payment Card ELCART is a universal payment instrument for all occasions, launched as part of the establishment of a single non-cash payment system in the Kyrgyz Republic.
Distinctive characteristics of the ELCART card allow you to:
- 24-hour access to funds through the network of ATMs and POS terminals in our Bank's branches;
- Independent account management and top-ups, including depositing personal funds at the Bank's central office;
- Access to a full range of banking services;
- Ability to repay loan debts in non-cash form;
- Cash withdrawals at ATMs and terminals of any commercial bank.
